What not to sell on eBay? A “surgical titanium screw from my knee”. Not my knee, thank god, but who in their right mind a) would sell a piece of metal that came out of their knee on eBay and b) who would buy it? An added feature proclaimed by the auction is that there is “bone fused to it still”. I think that is what’s called an “added bonus”. Weird and strange items abound on eBay, but this one might just be the weirdest, I have come across. At least the seller on eBay, makes suggestions about how you might use this wonderful item once you buy it. He suggests it as a wonderful conversation piece. How might that conversation go?

Mary: Oh, I think your coffee table is falling apart, there’s a screw sitting over there
